We only ask for what we need to quote, schedule and complete your job, and to keep in touch about it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, town and address, the details of your request (including any photos you upload), your appointment and payment history, and messages you send us through live chat or your account. Your selected service state is also saved on your device to show the right regional contact.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, take payments, answer your questions, and send you messages about your requests. If you have a completed job we may email you a review request and a yearly check-up reminder. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also switch them off in your account. Messages about your quotes, appointments, payments and chats are still sent because they relate to work you asked for.
Who else handles it
Only the services needed to run the business: our web hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our text-message provider (for staff alerts), and Stripe for card payments. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never reach our website or staff. We share information with authorities only where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep job and payment records for as long as needed to support your service and to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your account information at any time.
Your account and security
Your password is stored in scrambled (hashed) form. Photos and records are kept on our private server, and only you and our staff can see them. Please use a password you don’t use elsewhere.
